Sausage and Egg McBiscuits

I decided a cool use of the homemade buttermilk biscuits I made yesterday would be to make my own Sausage and Egg “McBiscuits”.. Definitely good stuff, and a bunch cheaper than buying them from Ronald down the street.

1 Homemade Buttermilk Biscuit 1 Large Egg ½ inch Sausage Patty |
8¢ Biscuit ($1.01 per dozen) 11¢ Egg (from 69¢ ½ dozen) 34¢ Sausage (½ in of $1.67 16oz roll) |
Basic Instructions:
- Cut and toast buttermilk biscuit (Biscuit Recipe Here).
- Cook the sausage in a frying pan, 5 minutes each side.
- Scramble the eggs.
- Put ‘em together and eat!
And here’s a picture of the McBiscuits! Woo?

Here are the sausage and egg “McBiscuits”.. Not the healthiest breakfast, but definitely some good stuff. mMmm!
